Photos of Friends Of The Earth Publicity shoot 13th march

Despite the site-rebuild Robin Hood Events is still working behind the scenes doing a number of weird and wonderful things, one of which was the Friends Of The Earth publicity stunt on Albert Embankment which you may have seen on the news and in the newspapers.

With the eyes of the world upon me I was tasked with shooting a target with one of the governments Carbon reduction figures - this one was for 3% there are others but I am as confused as everyone else as to which targets we are supposed to be aiming for, however I was assured that this particular target was the one they wanted me to hit. Under normal circumstances a shot I could make standing on my head, but it's interesting that with camera-men from ITV, BBC, Channel 4, NBC and SKY along with a dozen or more press photographers the shot took on a real sense of urgency, there was Just one pristine target and therefore just one opportunity- the brief-- put the arrows between the 3 and the % sign. The results are below.

We are back open again for regular events and games from April 21st and taking bookings now - so see you soon. Oh and the distance......certainly no more than 35yards...sadly only one arrow split!!!
